  • Market introduction of micro-spraying.

 

2012
  • Construction of a new, second production building. Extension of the machine shop
    and moving it into the new building. Again a solar power plant was installed here too
    (total power output of the two solar installations is 125 kWp).

 

2007
  • Start of apprenticeships for mechatronics fitters
    (the company has offered apprenticeships for industrial mechanics since 2012).
  • Installation of a solar power plant with an output of 84.2 kWp on the company's building.

 

2002
  • Gerd Linbrunner resigns from the company's management to take his well-earned retirement.

 

1999
  • Company moves to a new building in Heitersheim. Due to the limited space available
    in Ballrechten-Dottingen, a new building in Heitersheim became necessary.
    The new building has three times the floor space of the old one.

 

1998
  • Market introduction of custom designed sprayheads.
  • Expansion of the range of die spray systems.
  • New development of two-axis forging die spray systems.

 

1994
  • Expansion of machining capacity with the purchase of the first deep-hole drilling machine.

 

1993
  • Market introduction of the diaphragm control system for GERLIEVA sprayheads.

 

1988
  • Extension of the company premises and setting up our own machine shop.
    Purchase of the first CNC lathes and milling machines.

 

1984
  • Moving to our first own building in Ballrechten-Dottingen.

1976
  • Founding of GERLIEVA Sprühtechnik GmbH by Gerd and Armin Linbrunner
    from the individual enterprise GERLIEVA Sprüh- und Antriebstechnik (founded by Gerd Linbrunner).
