Leak detection as an additional function in die spray systems with air and media flow monitoring.
Is your consumption of compressed air and lubricant rising while production rate stays the same?
To detect leaks our spray systems check whether there is flow in the air or lubricant lines during the periods
between individual spraying cycles. In this way compressed air or lubricant losses are detected early.
To locate a leak, the die spray system gives a signal which is displayed on the control panel.
The check is carried out anew after every spraying cycle.
The signals are saved in the error archive and also recorded.
By eliminating leakage, you reduce your consumption of compressed air and lubricant, avoid unnecessary costs,
and maintain the reliability and energy efficiency of your production process.
