For 50 years, GERLIEVA Sprühtechnik GmbH has been manufacturing die spray systems as well as customized spraying technology for die casting and forging processes. GERLIEVA supplies renowned manufacturers worldwide across all industries from electronics and medical technology to the automotive industry with its innovative e-mobility solutions.
“It all began in 1976 with the founding of GERLIEVA Sprühtechnik GmbH by Gerd and Armin Linbrunner, who had previously run the sole proprietorship GERLIEVA Sprüh- und Antriebstechnik,” as Armin Linbrunner still vividly recalls. The market launch of diaphragm control system for GERLIEVA sprayheads, the first complete sprayers, and other new developments in mechanical engineering marked the first milestones.
Today, the company plans, designs, and manufactures in Heitersheim (Germany) across two production halls with its own solar power plant, covering a production area of 3,500 m² equipped with state-of-the-art workstations.
The company’s focus as a manufacturer with 90% of our production manufactured in-house at its headquarters and production site in Germany has also convinced Marc and Elaine Linbrunner to carry on the business into its third generation. “Keeping GERLIEVA on course for our customers worldwide together with our apprentices and staff, supported by digitalization and transformation processes as well as challenging market and product changes has also convinced me”, says Marc Linbrunner.
